I'm a believer in communication. Keeping it simple. Being passionate over craft and making it personal. I'm curious, empathetic, rigorous, and experimental. I appreciate a holistic way of finding solutions in collaborative teams. I like accelerated methodologies. Thinking quick, rapid prototyping, and learning through testing but not discounting once intuition. I seek to learn what works and do more of it. Learn what doesn't and change it. I want to own creative excellence at every touch-point. I'm a passionate student of real-world design, users, consumers, trends, competitors and culture. Through listening, learning and mining insights, I fight for work that directs brands into amazing places. I'm a firm believer that simple is hard, that design is truly about problem solving and art is the key. ​

​​With a career extending since 2012, I've refined my expertise in creative direction, crafting compelling content, and devising strategic design solutions that empower clients to forge meaningful connections with their target audience and propel business expansion. Along my professional path, I've had the honor of collaborating with esteemed companies, agencies, and artists worldwide.
Presently, I serve as Senior Lead Director of Art at zStudios, zalando`s in-house creative hub, responsible for leading creative teams to produce PDP, ePDP, editorial teaser and top-tier visual content across diverse digital platforms. I oversee all facets of production art direction for approximately 45K articles per year and craft creative marketing campaigns for our 50M active customers. I drive the visual direction for innovative content creation, leveraging AI Generative Fill, Midjourney, CGI, Digital Outfit, manage external vendors in high-volume content production as well managing 3 FTE’s and developing a team of 80 creatives for optimal performance. While overlooking project timelines and budgets, I uphold brand consistency and quality standards through data-driven decisions, lead guideline creation and set the tone for Creative Direction.

My career began managing production studios in Munich, contributing to shows like 'Germany's Next Topmodel' and executing editorial shoots for Vogue, Elle and Cosmopolitan. I gained valuable experience as Manager of Media Design for IMG Models in the USA, supporting prestigious clients like Under Armour and Mercedes-Benz. In my previous position as Global Senior Manager of Media Design for adidas, I was responsible for leading in-house production teams to deliver innovative content across various digital channels and social media with 35M followers. Developing a team of 5 FTE’s, setting the creative direction of the organization as well as managing counterparts in all 7 global markets. Collaborating with brand partners like Beyonce, Lionel Messi and Pharrell Williams as well as the adidas board.
